Service Description

his is a beginner-friendly ecstatic dance class guided with care. We start slow—grounding into the body, breathing, and gently easing into movement. No steps to follow. No pressure to perform. Just space to feel, express, and release. Classes are held Mondays at 6:45 PM at Main Ohana. You can sign up for the full 8-week series or join as a drop-in (if space is available). If you’re new, nervous, or not sure what to expect—you’re in the right place. Come exactly as you are.
