A new chapter
With so much gratitude in my heart, I am ending my 11 year practice of bodywork, cranial sacral and energy work in its current format. This was a big decision for me and not done without so much appreciation for every person that trusted me with their body, their healing, their energy.
A new direction
I’m focusing on a different type of container that I’ve been envisioning for some time—one that reflects where my passion and work are most fully aligned now. I will be continuing on as an Energetic Expansion Medium, working with the nervous systems of business owners, athletes, and leaders who are ready for deeper support, expanded capacity, and meaningful transformation. This work is for those who know that the next level of clarity, power, and performance doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from working at the level of the nervous system.
