I blend a variety of therapeutic and intuitive modalities to create space for true release and deep restoration. Techniques may include: DEEP TISSUE to target chronic tension CRANIAL-SACRAL THERAPY for nervous system support GUA=SHA and CUPPING to improve circulation and release muscle adhesions SPORTS MASSAGE for injury recovery and mobility INTUITIVE BODYWORK to address emotional holding patterns ENERGETIC BALANCING to restore harmony and calm Sessions focus on the areas that call for attention, allowing time to go deep without rushing through the whole body. A gentle full-body integration at the end helps your system harmonize and reset. Leave feeling lighter, more open, and at home in yourself. đ Session Options: âš 30-Minute Focus Targeted treatment for one areaâneck, shoulders, or low back. Perfect for maintenance or relief between longer sessions. đ 60 Minutes A full-body reset, tailored to your tension patterns. Ideal for ongoing support or focused issue therapeutic work , usually 1 or 2 areas. đ„ 90 Minutes â Deeper unwinding of multiple areas, combining therapeutic touch with intuitive pacing. Great for emotional integration and physical relief.
