Somatic Mirror Work blends stillness, facial tension release, breath, and guided inquiry. Using the mirror as a portal, we reconnect to the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden, silenced, or disowned. This work is deeply personal, body-based, and trauma-informed. No two sessions are alike. A brief but potent session to drop in, soften the jaw, or begin meeting the emotional patterns behind your expression. 🌀 60 Minutes – $90 A steady, supportive session for ongoing care or one emotional theme. We work with breath, touch, and mirror reflection to gently unwind tension in the body and face. 🔥 90 Minutes – $125 For deeper emotional work, trauma processing, or identity reclamation. This is a fuller journey—ideal when your system needs space to express and integrate. 🌙 2 Hours – $160 A sacred container for full nervous system repair and emotional alchemy. Recommended for first-time clients, major transitions, or layered trauma held in the body. You’ll remain fully clothed. This is a conversation with your body—guided by touch, breath, and reflection.
