De-Shaming the Feminine

So much of our emotional power has been silenced, judged, and shamed into hiding. In this workshop, we’ll use Somatic Mirror Work to meet those wounds with compassion and begin restoring the feminine to her rightful place of power and worth in our bodies.

Self Practice:  How to get started

Integration

Integration Ritual

Before the mirror section, take a moment to settle. Integration is about bringing your body back into alignment—balancing your chakras, coming fully into your body, and creating a sense of safety to carry with you.

🌿 Integration Ritual
Hold your gaze toward each chakra, one at a time.  Each Mantra can said once or repeated.:

❤️ Root (base of spine / pelvis) → “I feel safety in my root.”
🧡 Sacral (below the navel / womb space) → “I feel self-worth in my sacral.”
💛 Solar Plexus (stomach / upper belly) → “I feel confidence in my solar plexus.”
💚 Heart (center of chest) → “I feel trust in my heart.”
💙 Throat (throat / base of neck) → “I trust my voice in my throat.”
💜 Third Eye (between the eyebrows) → “I trust my seeing in my third eye.”
🤍 Crown (top of head) → “I trust my connection to Source / Higher Self / Divine.”

Validation

Validation Ritual

The Validation Ritual is a daily practice of speaking directly to the parts of us that carry wounds. Instead of ignoring, fixing, or pushing them away, we meet them with words of truth and care. This is re-parenting: giving our body and nervous system the safety they never had. Each phrase becomes a bridge—reminding your parts they are seen, they belong, and they don’t have to hold the old story alone.

  1. Speak directly to those parts as if they are your child or an old friend.  Use these templates or feel what your body needs to hear.

  2. Repeat 1 phrase for 45 seconds, audibly or in your head.   Repeat until your body doesn't want to say it anymore.   This creates a healing vibration.    You can choose 1 phrase from below or a few of them.

Surreal Architecture

1

I feel "not enough"

  • It's ok to not feel good enough (validate feelings)

  • You are not defined by what people think of you.

  • You are worthy.

  • You don’t have to earn for your worth.

  • You deserve to take up space.

  • You are worthy of rest, radiance, and receiving.

  • You are not too much.

  • You are enough.

2

I feel alone

  • I will always be here for you..

  • We  are never truly separate.

  • Our Ancestors are here with us.

  • You belong here with me..

  • It's ok to feel numb and disconnected.

  • I've got you.  I'm holding you.

  • You are safe here with me.

3

I feel numb

  • I honor my protectors. Thank you.

  • You are not broken—you are protecting me.

  • You are safe to take your time.

  • You don’t have to wake up fast—I’m not leaving.

  • You are whole, even in the emptiness.

  • I trust you to let me feel when I am ready.

Exploration

Exploration Ritual

This is the deepest form of mirror work and is about listening. Your body carries pain, sensations, and whispers that are not random—they are messages. In Exploration, we slow down, ask, and honor what shows up, instead of pushing it away.

We honor Pain First, Validation second.

How to Practice:

  1. Notice – Place attention where the body aches, tightens, or feels heavy.

  2. Honor Pain – Use descriptive phrase and repeat audibly or silently 10x while staring at the part in the mirror

    • My tailbone feels tight.

    • My chest feels heavy

    • I feel empty

  3. Allow – Feel sensations tighten and then flow through

  4. Validation – Speak back: “I hear you. Thank you.”

  5. Close – Take a breath into that place, letting the body know it’s not alone.
