A new chapter
With so much gratitude in my heart, I am ending my 11 year practice of bodywork, cranial sacral and energy work in its current format. This was a big decision for me and not done without so much appreciation for every person that trusted me with their body, their healing, their energy.
A new direction
I’m shifting into a new body of work that I’ve been envisioning for some time — one that reflects where my passion, experience, and gifts are most fully aligned now.
After years as an athlete, trainer, and bodyworker, I’ve been feeling called back to the world of sport in a deeper way. I’m bringing together my background in athletics with my work in somato-emotional release, trauma healing, bodywork, and nervous system regulation as a Performance Energetics Specialist.
I work with athletes at the level of the nervous system, body, and internal signal. This work supports athletes in moving through fear, pressure, doubt, and resistance so they can access deeper confidence, flow-state performance, and embodied trust — without forcing, overriding, or disconnecting from the body.
