What's Possible in Group Work
This Work Meets You Where You Are—Emotionally, Physically, and Energetically
You don’t need to be spiritual, flexible, or emotionally “ready.”
These sessions are made for real people carrying real things—stress, pain, overwhelm, trauma, numbness, or just a deep longing to feel more alive.
You’ll be guided into your body through breath, sound, mirror work, and intuitive movement. The space is structured but spacious—so you can drop in at your own pace.
Inside a Session
In a typical session, you might:
-
Release long-held tension and emotions from your fascia and nervous system
-
Witness yourself with compassion through guided mirror work
-
Move through stuck patterns—physically and energetically
-
Feel safe enough to cry, scream, sigh, or laugh
-
Surprise yourself by having fun—maybe for the first time in a long time
-
Leave feeling lighter, more regulated, and more connected to who you really are

Customize Your Experience
No two group sessions are the same--but they're all rooted in the same things: presence, permission, and deep listening to the body.

Somatic Mirror Work
Ecstatic Dance
The mirror becomes a powerful portal for presence, not performance. Through guided self-witnessing and somatic cues, participants often unlock stored emotion, soften protective patterns, and come home to themselves.
This is a freeform, body-led dance journey guided by chakra themes and intuitive rhythm. It's not about performance- it's about expression and release. Its about remembering joy and how it feels to be fully in your body.
Somatic Integration
This is the soft landing after the deep dive. Through gentle cues and nervous system co-regulation, the body is invited to rest, absorb, and remember safety.

Who this work tends to draw in
People often find their way to this work when talking isn't enough--when stress, disconnection, or emotional heaviness live in the body and need a different kind of release.
Is for the retreat leader who wants to drop their group into something real.
The woman seeking joy and softness after years of overloading.
The circle of friends who want more than small talk.
Even the family that's navigating life's intensity and wants to reconnect in a meaningful, embodied way.
You don't have to "know how" to move. you just have to be willing to show up.
The body will take it from there.
