About Ty: After spending my whole life as an endurance athlete, my body quickly plummeted in the space of a season. I developed Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, and Chronic Migraines. I suffered from Candida and autoimmune issues, an spent much of the time depressed and even suicidal. By learning self-massage methods, and by using the right food and exercise, I was was able to claim my health back. I want to help others do the same by shifting our body and mind response to stress.

Why A Whole-Body Health Coach: Trying to heal from a stress-based condition requires a lot of attention and support. It took me 5 years of serious study and trial and error to get it right. You don't have that kind of time. The principles of my coaching are grounded in the understanding that it takes ownership, awareness, and the integration of your whole-body to create transformative change. Through self-massage techniques, food to support your body, mindfulness, and daily movement, we allow the body to naturally heal on a cellular level with ease. This is what the body is designed to do. Together we can achieve it.
