Your body remembers everything —and it wants you to come home.

We’re just beginning to understand the power that lives in our bodies.  What we often call "symptoms" are really messages—emotional, energetic, and deeply personal.

The body is always speaking—we just haven’t been taught how to listen.

In my work, I'm not the healer.  You are.  I will teach you how to feel and how to remember.  Let's listen to your body's story together.

About Me.

What Brought Me Here

I’m a mother of four, a former world-class athlete, and a survivor of chronic fatigue and chronic pain. For much of my life, I had a deep connection to my body—through movement, music, vibration, and pushing myself to win endurance races. But eventually, my body broke down. What once ran four-hour races could barely walk around the block. My muscles trembled, my mental health unraveled, and nothing from the conventional medical world could explain what was happening.

That collapse led me to massage therapy. I knew that healing went far beyond prescriptions and protocols—I had felt it myself. As I worked with athletes and chronic pain clients, I discovered the power of tools like gua sha, cupping, and intuitive touch. I also kept experimenting on myself, uncovering insights and techniques that weren’t in any textbook but lived in my own experience. Still, something deeper was calling.

When my life cracked open even further, I was forced to confront a lifetime of emotional disconnection and unresolved trauma. Plant medicine, craniosacral therapy, and a raw, committed return to self brought me face to face with the girl I had left behind. I began to peel back the masks I had worn to survive, and with them, release the pain they were holding. That part of me—the sensitive one who always felt others’ pain—wasn’t broken. She was gifted. And she had something to offer.

As I healed, I began to see people differently. I could feel what their bodies were holding, and over time, I learned to translate that into a form of guidance. This eventually led me to discover patterns held in the face—expressions, tension, and micro-movements that reveal the deeper story of the nervous system. The work I offer now is a fusion of everything I’ve lived: embodied healing, emotional truth, and a kind of remembering that doesn’t come from fixing—but from feeling. This work isn’t theoretical for me. It’s personal. It’s sacred. And it’s what I’m here to share.

Your face tells the truth your body has been holding.

Every micro-expression, every held tension—especially in the jaw, eyes, or brows—is a message from your nervous system. Your face becomes a control panel, constantly adapting to emotion, suppression, and survival. What we often dismiss as “just how I look” is actually just how I’ve survived.

And it doesn’t start with us.
We inherit these patterns—like armor—from our families and the systems we’ve lived inside.

The frozen face of a disconnected mother.
The rage-locked expression of a father who never felt safe to feel.
The politeness mask generations have used to survive systems that punished authenticity.

The Face as a Map

These survival patterns aren’t just personal—they’re systemic.

White supremacy. Patriarchy. Religious trauma. Colonialism. Capitalism.
Systems that can reward disconnection, demand obedience, and punish softness.
They live in our bodies. They shape our posture, our faces, our breath.

This is one of the ways trauma gets passed down—not only through genetics, but through expression.

I see it every day:

Sometimes, I even see the early imprint of illness—grief in the tissues, inflammation in the jaw, even the quiet signature of cancer—long before the body speaks.

In this work, we don’t try to change the face.
We listen to it.
We witness. We unmask. We come home.
