A full body, gentle session designed to calm the nervous system, release tension in the fascia, and address the root causes of pain—physical or emotional. Using subtle touch and deep listening, we work with the rhythm of the craniosacral system to support healing at the core. This session is done fully clothed. This is more than a massage.
