5 Stretches for People That Sit a Lot!

As a Massage Therapist, I work on the muscles that are affected by "oversitting" a LOT! This is especially prevalent in exercisers that kill it at the gym, and then sit all day at work. These stretches focus on the front of the body that get overly tight in these situations. Try them for a week and you will be amazed!
